2. Description of Services
Horizon Tax Planning provides business tax planning, tax preparation, and fractional CFO advisory services to business clients. Our services are provided pursuant to a separate engagement agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website constitutes a formal engagement or creates an advisory relationship until a written agreement has been executed.
3. No Professional Relationship Without Engagement

Viewing this Site, submitting a contact form, or scheduling a consultation does not create a professional advisor-client relationship between you and Horizon Tax Planning.
A formal client relationship is only established when both parties have executed a written engagement agreement.
